FSDU Equipment Rental Agreement — Power Ship

Version PSA-2026.09.19. This rental is equipment only. You do not drive or move the Cybertruck.

1. Parties

FSDU LLC (Colorado) rents you silent 9.6 kW mobile power equipment (2026 Cybertruck Power Ship unit). This is not a car rental.

2. You will not drive or move the Equipment

The Equipment stays where FSDU parks it. You will not drive, steer, roll, tow, winch, trailer, push, or relocate it. You will not sit in the driver’s seat. FSDU keeps the keys and the PIN. Movement without FSDU staff is a default, captures the $2,000 hold, and may add a $500 unauthorized-relocation fee plus recovery costs.

3. Title stays with FSDU

You receive outlet use only. No title, no sub-rent, no Tesla invite.
